It should be said that Great Lent allows a person to focus on spiritual things, prepares him for making wise decisions, etc. During Lent, you cannot eat the food of animal origin, but you can eat vegetable food, as well as nuts and honey ☝️.
The name of the Nut Savior speaks for itself! That is, it was the day when the nuts ripen and you can start picking them. Also on this day, it is customary to treat everyone with nuts in order to ward off trouble from yourself and your family!

Since our nut butters are healthy and high-quality product made from natural nuts, with the addition of honey, this is an irreplaceable source of nutrition during Lent. It is a source of energy, vitamins, nutrients, protein, and a great snack!
During these Orthodox fairs, we tried to attract the interest of as many people as possible, talked about the benefits of nuts and honey, about how important it is to eat right and stay healthy. Moreover, we grew spiritually, communicating with the parishioners of the Cathedral. Learned new and interesting things for ourselves. After all, participation in such events presupposes, first, communication.
At the end of all the events, the clergy of the Holy Uspenski Cathedral assured us that they always would be glad to see us and our products at their fairs.
